How someone in Vancouver, Canada build my project "-" minus First Floor business options.

I was looking for a partner for zellion time now and saw the project just like the one I wrote with minor corrections and minus first floor business option. Very interesting, but I would utilise the space they used different. Anyway, this is a good example how my idea would look in 3D.
